You may want to journal one or some of these each day, you may decide to simply pick one and spend some time focusing on it first thing, you may want to make some cards out of them and simply pick one.

Setting morning intentions can have many benefits whether it be to give that poor busy brain something else to think about, help us to bring some focus in to the day or to bring a pause in to the mix and simply take a breather and reset.

No right or wrong, it is what works for you… If you have a particular one that you like to use, please feel free to add it in the comments, I would love to hear about your morning routine.

  1. What am I excited about today?
  2. How do I want to show up today?
  3. What do I want to feel by the end of the day?
  4. What am I grateful for?
  5. What do I need today for what I have got on?
  6. How can I put my needs first today?
  7. What will help me feel a connection?
  8. What will help me feel happy?
  9. What is my intention for today?
  10. How can I be more present today?
  11. Who can I share my love with today?  Who can I send love to?
  12. How can I slow down today?
  13. What if, for today, I just did one thing at a time?
  14. What if today my heart was open and I accepted the love?
  15. How can I put my phone down more today?

End of Day reflection. –> How did I show up today?
