The School of Enoughness

The School of Enoughness

How do we lose sight of our enoughness?

During our younger years we picked up stories and beliefs about ourselves and the world that weren’t kind or helpful. Because they were in our developmental years they tend to stick around and play out, causing us to sabotage potentially the very things we are wanting or needing because we believe we are not worthy or don’t deserve whatever it may be.

New Plymouth Life Coach Liz Fry

The story that played out the loudest for me has been “I’m wrong and I get things wrong.”  For others it can be feeling too much, less than, too short, too fat, stupid, dumb, failure, useless and from that we can feel wrong, broken, unloveable and then ultimately unworthy. Underneath them all is that feeling of not being enough.

Liz shares that she has been on her healing journey for a fair ol’ while, but that it was the understanding of what she called The Enoughness Model that was the thread that brought her other learnings together. From this, Liz has created The School of Enoughness in which she shares resources, fosters community and runs events to help people connect to their enoughness.

What is included in the school?

Increased confidence:

when we start to build our self-worth and connect to our feeling of being enough, we start to feel a grounded quiet sense of confidence.

Sense of peace:

the feeling of not being enough can really affect our nervous system, more awareness of this can help to bring more calm and balance in our world.

Fun, laughter and joy:

a lot of energy gets used up by not feeling enough, with more understanding this can then be directed towards creating a life that holds more experiences and adventures!
