The Enoughness Project
The Enoughness Project
Coming together to feel enough…
During our younger years we can pick up stories and beliefs about ourselves, and the world, that aren’t kind or helpful. These can then stick around and play out, causing us to sabotage potentially the very things we are wanting or needing because we believe we are not worthy or don’t deserve whatever it may be. The gremlins we may hear could be telling us that we are not smart enough, not pretty enough, not tall enough or it could be too much, failure, stupid and from that we can feel wrong, broken, unloveable and then ultimately unworthy. Underneath them all is that feeling of not being enough. The Enoughness Project is about raising the voice of the cheerleaders to help us build a quiet sense of groundedness and confidence within, a feeling that yes, we are absolutely enough…
The story that played out the loudest for me has been “I’m wrong and I get things wrong.” It took me a long time to get to the point of realising that, actually, there was nothing wrong with me, and that we all make mistakes, that is part of being human, it doesn’t mean that I am wrong, that I am flawed or broken.
Through the journey that I have been on myself and sharing the journey with many others, I created The Enoughness Model that was the thread that brought her other learnings together. From this, Liz has created The Enoughness Project that contains many different ways of helping people to build the connection with their true self, their self-worth, their confidence and their enoughness.
What can The Enoughness Circle bring to your life?
Increased confidence:
when we start to build our self-worth and connect to our feeling of being enough, we start to feel a grounded quiet sense of confidence.
Sense of peace:
the feeling of not being enough can really affect our nervous system, more awareness of this can help to bring more calm and balance in our world.
Fun, laughter and joy:
a lot of energy gets used up by not feeling enough, with more understanding this can then be directed towards creating a life that holds more experiences and adventures!
