With years of experience as a Life Coach and walking the path with those that are struggling in the work environment, I know how important it is to look your team for so many reasons. We spend one-third of our life at work, so it is necessary to look after our mental health and the overall workplace wellbeing to ensure the employees have the encouragement, support and environment they possibly can have to fully be able to use their skills, talents and reach those yearly goals together.

Why choose me?

I have worked in many different environments, as a team member and as a leader.  I know what it feels like when morale is low, there’s in-house struggles either between team members or team members and management.  It is exhausting, frustrating and boring all around.  I also have experience of what a workplace can feel like when morale is high, there is laughter, there is comradery, there is progress, development, innovation.

Sometimes an individual can be struggling personally, but not sure what they can do to change the situation, they are stuck in a loop, and this energy can then ripple out amongst the team, with potentially serious consequences.  Sometimes it can be a few team members that have stuff going on, sometimes totally disconnected situations from each other, but again can cause resentment or discord within the workplace.  Sometimes it can feel like everyone has their own stuff going on, their own agenda, their own direction.

I often talk about how we are always rippling, whether that be positive or negative, we are always rippling in some way.  Imagine if those ripples that are finding their way through your workplace now were more positive, more cohesive, brought more ideas and engagement.  Now as a previous employee that is the workplace I would want to find and remain part of for many years.
